For women across the country, beautiful possibilities are opening up. We documented a range of ways how, through the lens of four unexpected female achievers in a range of industries. We didn't talk about applying makeup because of outdated rules about “getting ahead,” but rather playing with it in a way that feels empowering, energizing, and personally significant.
